Glitter Manicure

I saw this post on Lauren Conrads Blog in her Friday Favourites section and had to dedicate a post to it after trying it out!

Fancy jazzing up your manicure a bit, the try out a glitter manicure! Its easily done, the best polishes I have found are from the Models Own range I did my with silver glitter but you could pretty much use any colour you like. If you need a little help with painting just the tips then get some manicure strips which can be found in most boots stores.

Also a little tip taking them off as glitter can get a bit messy taking it off and you can get cotton wool stuck to your nails which isn’t such a good look! To avoid this soak the cotton wool in nail polish remover and then hold it over the nail for about 30 seconds or more before trying to take the polish off, this lets it soak in a bit before its removed which stops the cotton wool sticking to your nails.
